The biped is hyperventilating over the real estate and financial markets. I said, Look, with Fannie and Freddie being bailed out, you've got nothing to worry about. Markets will rebound, credit will loosen. It's no biggie. At least in the short term.
Whenever I get jittery, and I told this to the biped, I find myself thinking back to my childhood, when times were simpler. All my needs were met. There were no big question marks on the horizon. This morning, I was looking through some old photographs I had put in storage and thought you might like to see them.
This is me at two weeks old!! Can you believe it?
This is from my early days with the biped. I was about ten weeks old.
You can imagine what the first impressions must have been like...
And now that I think of it, all my needs are still pretty much taken care of. What am I worrying about?

Who?
- Clovis
- Provincetown, Massachusetts, United States
- I am a California native transplanted to the East Coast and have grown to accept both the snowy weather of winter and the hard-bitten attitudes of New Englanders. Since I moved here in October of 2006, I think I've become something of a native, although the locals will always call me a "bark-ashore". If you have any questions, just ask!
